‘Prison Break’ Set To Be Revived As a Limited Series

Prison break
Soon you may not need to re-watch old seasons of Fox‘s hit drama, Prison Break. The series which aired for three seasons from 2005 to 2009 could be headed back to television — sort of.
Details are scarce, but Fox is reportedly developing a limited series that would reunite television brothers Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell according to TVLine. Similar to what Fox did last year with 24: Live Another DayPrison Break would receive a 12-episode, closed-ended season.
This would be the second time Miller and Purcell reunited, as they both appeared on CW‘s The Flash last season and are set to star in DC‘s Legends of Tomorrow spinoff series. Miller apparently “floated the idea” of brining back Prison Break to Fox and “they seemed to think there was something there” according to an interview he did with E! Newsearlier this year.
Check back as more details roll out. Until then, it might be worth it to binge-watch Prison Break on Netflix
