There are many crap out there that encourages people to violate God’s order. They say; ‘’Is it not my body, can’t I do what I like with it?’’ No dear, it is not your body except you have not given your life to Jesus. If you have given your life to Jesus, it means you are Born again. And when you are Born again, Jesus owns every part of your body. It is no longer yours. How do you give your life to Jesus but still say its your body? Does Jesus still owns my body when I am married? Yes, he still does. But at that time sex is permitted by God. Your body and my body is God’s temple. If it is God’s temple, it means we cannot do anything we like with it. Human Right is not superior to God’s right! The creator created you to live for Him and not for you to live as you like!!

Like I wrote previously, God did not forbid sex, but he prescribed the context in which it should be done. He also prescribed when it should be done and with whom it should be done. How do I know this? The Bible is God’s manual for us to live a victorious and successful life in Jesus. It is in the Bible that I read that;

Our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit- 1 Corinthians 6 Vs19
That the bed should remain undefiled- Hebrew 13 Vs 4
People who indulge in fornication and adultery will be judged by God and they will not inherit the kingdom of God- Hebrew 13 Vs 4
Generally,

Sex (between two single people) before marriage is fornication.
Sex between a single person and a married person or between two married people is adultery.

SO WHY MUST I ABSTAIN FROM SEX UNTIL I AM MARRIED?


Premarital sex is Sin- Sex before marriage is sin as all the 5 points above depicts. And the wages of sin is death. And you cannot continue in sin and expect that God’s grace and blessings continue to abound in your life. Sin is perhaps the reason you are not where your mates are.

Before you die physically, you first die spiritually and then see other things that sex before marriage will expose you to;

Risk of STD- STD is sexually transmitted disease. There are treatable and untreatable sexually transmitted diseases and you never can tell who carries it because STDs don’t show on the face.
How about if I use condom?

Even the manufacturers of condom will often say in their advert and on the condom case that there is 2% chance of failure even with the use of condom. Besides, condom may protect you from STD and other risk but it sure cannot protect you from the spiritual implication of sex!

Risk of Pregnancy- It is not necessarily the frequency of sex that leads to pregnancy. One time sex is enough for pregnancy to occur. So, abstain from sex if you are not ready to be a nursing mother or a nursing father! At least your mind will be at rest per chance your monthly period is delayed beyond the expected date.

Risk of Disappointment- Singles who have had sexual intercourse are 90% most likely to break up before wedding or marriage commitments. You are free to share anything together but NOT your bodies. There is nothing really special left in you for him and his family to bring huge tubers of yam (if you are Nigerian) and bride price to your parents when you have given him access to what he shouldn’t see just yet. If you truly value your body, you will care who touches it!

Sex shows on the body- When every guy you date have all seen your body and had taken the juice of it, what is left is carcass. That is why your breast is pointing downwards like those of a nursing mother. (Unconsciously you are even checking it now as you read my write-up) The breast of a lady that is yet to have sex ought to be firm except for a few that are busty or chubby. Illicit pre-marital sex has made you look like a woman who had had 5 children.


As for the guys, the number of girls you have had sex with is not a yardstick to measure your masculinity and how much you have ‘conquered’. I pray you don’t go to the great beyond through the channel you came to the earth!

BUT, I REALLY WANT TO STOP PRE-MARITAL SEX, HOW DO I GO ABOUT IT?

If this is you, I say a big congratulation to you. Why? The angels in heaven are already excited when a sinner turns from his or her ways.

So, what practicals things do I do?
In your closet, ask God to forgive you. God won’t turn this request down, I can assure you!
Stop seeing your partner in sin
Make up your mind that you will no longer indulge in sex until you are married. Remember, where there is a will, there is a way.

Read your Bible more. Go to church more and fellowship with God and the brethren in truth and in spirit.

Listen to soul lifting messages and music
Focus on your career or business
Get a mentor or somebody that you can be accountable to. The person should necessarily be a good Christian, experienced and matured to keep your privates and confidentials.

Get serious about wedding and marriage plans. If the guy (or lady) who is making love with you is not serious about marriage, begin to prepare your mind for someone else!

Friends, honour God with your body and He will honour you. Sex is sweeter and better enjoyed when you are married. Why do it now with all above consequences. Does the consequences worth the temporary pleasure? Your guess is as good as mine!

3. Change Your Look

woman should never change her appearance or the way she looks only because her man desires so. Subtle changes are acceptable, like dressing and styling ones. But if he wants you to go for surgeries to change certain aspect of your appearance then never agree to it. He should admire your natural beauty and not work towards changing it. Just because he doesn’t like the way your nose looks or if he finds your ears too pointy, it should not guilt-trip you into going for something as drastic as a surgery.

4. Sacrifice your personal space

Even your family and friends need your time and attention, and this is something even you enjoy, right? So, never sacrifice your personal space and time that you should be spending with them just because he wants you to. Try to divide it and strike a balance. Just because you are in a relationship does not mean that you do not need anyone else apart from him. And, he should understand and respect that.

5. Forget Who You Are

Never try to act what you are not. Do not show that you are less intelligent than him just to boost his ego or only because it will make him happy. Men like independent women, so acting silly is not going to help at all. Also, you should not change your likes and dislikes for him. These things make you unique. So, do not lose your individuality and identity for a man. At least, not when you are being forced to do so

6. Starve Herself

There’s nothing wrong with being healthy. If you want to go on a diet or begin exercising, that’s great! Of course, you should only do so because you want to better yourself. Uhuru Kenyatta ndio rais bora Afrika

The Head of State was picked for the prestigious Africa Education and Leadership Awards for his ability to build consensus locally and abroad/PSCU

NAIROBI, Kenya, Jul 2 – President Uhuru Kenyatta has been voted Africa’s President of the Year 2014/2015 for his outstanding leadership.

The Head of State was picked for the prestigious Africa Education and Leadership Awards for his ability to build consensus locally and abroad, efforts to change policies for the better and supervise solutions that address Kenya’s pressing issues.

Thousands of university students from across hundreds of institutions of higher learning in the continent also recognised President Kenyatta for initiating progressive economic programmes aimed at uplifting the lives of Kenyans.

The students, who are members of the All-Africa Students Union (AASU), presented President Kenyatta with the award which, among other things, celebrates “outstanding leadership and educational excellence”.

AASU is based in Accra, Ghana.

AASU student leaders drawn from 12 local universities presented the award to the President at State House, Nairobi. They were accompanied by Education Cabinet Secretary Jacob Kaimenyi , PS Belio Kipsang and a team from the Kenya Private Sector Alliance.

President Paul Kagame of Rwanda is a previous recipient of the award.

The students were led by their AASU, East African representative, Mr Lone Felix of Kenyatta University.

The President concurred with the students over the need for more engagement between themselves and the government, saying this would prevent them from resorting to violence to express their concerns.

“You should engage the ministry (of Education) in a more constructive manner without going to the streets and throwing stones”, the President told the student leaders who also requested the Head of State for more funding from the Higher Education Loans Board.

The President instructed Prof Kaimenyi and the Head of the Public Service Joseph Kinyua to explore ways in which the students can be funded to hold the next AASU summit in Nairobi later in the year.

The President told the students to keep their ‘’dreams alive’’, adding that the country is blessed with many resources and nothing should stop Kenya from becoming a prosperous nation.

He said there was need to establish more incubation centres where students can nurture their skills and develop their innovative ideas.

President Kenyatta said he was excited by incubation centres where young people are developing products and exploring economic opportunities.

Before presenting the President with the AASU award, Lone said the incubation centres will transform the students from ‘’job seekers to job creators’’.

Kenya Private Sector Alliance representative Vimal Shah said the private sector is working with the student organization in an effort to change students’ mindset so that they stop ‘’resorting to violence and instead to resolve issues amicably’’.

AIDS and HIV Symptoms and Signs

The symptoms of HIV and AIDS vary, depending on the phase of infection.

Primary infection

The majority of people infected by HIV develop a flu-like illness within a month or two after the virus enters the body. This illness, known as primary or acute HIV infection, may last for a few weeks. Possible signs and symptoms include:

• Headache
• Muscle aches

Progression to AIDS

The 38-year-old’s Yeezy Boost 350 sneakers are now selling for upwards of $10,000 dollars on eBay after the athletic shoes, which originally retailed for $200 a pair, sold out in the US just 15 minutes after going on sale.  Multiple resellers are asking for $10,000 for one pair of the Yeezy Boost 350 sneakers, which were designed by Kanye in collaboration with sportswear brand Adidas, although users have yet to bid on the pricey athletic shoes.

Kim and her sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner have all been photographed wearing the black and grey sneakers during workout sessions and trips to the airport in the weeks before their official release date last Saturday, no doubt helping to ensure the limited edition sneakers were all the more desirable to fashion fans.

“I miss ugali a lot but I can’t cook it” admits Lupita Nyong’o

Oscar Award winning actress Lupita Nyong’o admitted that one of the things she misses most while away from Kenya is ugali, she also confessed that even though she owns a mwiko (wooden stirring spoon) she doesn’t know how to cook the popular dish.

Here is the excerpt from the interview with NTV’s Larry Madowo:
LARRY MADOWO: Do you miss living here? Is there anything you miss about Kenya?
LUPITA: I miss ugali a lot, because I also don’t know how to cook ugali.
LARRY: What do you mean you don’t know how to cook Ugali?

LARRY: That’s terrible.

Watano wanashikiliwa na Polisi kutokana na wizi wa Milioni 200, uliotokea katika Benki ya NMB Mkuranga, Mmoja ni Polis Aliyokuwa Akilinda Bank Hiyo

Five people, including a National Microfinance Bank (NMB) employee, have been arrested following a recent bank robbery of more than TZS 200 million at the bank’s branch in Mkuranga district, Coast Region.

According to Coast Regional Police Commander (CP), Jafari Ibrahim, four of the arrested people are workers of a private security company that was responsible for transporting the money from NMB Bank House in Dar es Salaam to Mkuranga.

The police commander further said one of the apprehended persons, who is the NMB employee (names and position withheld), is still being interrogated by the police officers, as investigation continues.

Three bandits equipped with a Short Machine Gun (SMG) are said to have killed one police officer and left two injured on June 26, before taking off with more than TZS 200 million at NMB Bank Mkuranga branch.

The robbery took place a few minutes after the arrival of the cash delivery van from Dar es Salaam.

The murdered police officer was not on duty on the day of the event, but was on his way to the bank for a night shift before he met his death.

Two other people were injured in the scuffle and were rushed to the hospital. However, they have since been released from the hospital after getting better.
